I ordered it at lunchtime on 14th Dec.on Sunday the 19th Dec I received a phone call from you to say that due to the weather deliveries to you had been delayed and you had not got the pendulum I ordered in stock, if it did not arrive on the Monday would I accept an alternative I replied yes, low and behold on Wednesday the 23rd my package arrived, in time for Christmas, and it was as I requested sent second class, this is truly amazing both on your behalf and that of the Post Office. At a time when most of the country seemed paralized by the snow it was really nice to have the personal contact and service I received. Once again, thank you.
