Order Status Information

Your order normally has one of the following status's.

Pending Payment: Your order sill needs to be paid for before it is dispatched.

Pending: Payment has been received and your order is pending.

Processing: We have manually acknowledged your order and it is processing. Please allow 1-5 working days for your order to be dispatched. We shall let you know if your order is delayed beyond this estimated dispatch time and give you an estimated dispatch wait.

Partially Shipped: Part of your order has been shipped and we are waiting for any outstanding items to arrive from our suppliers before the rest is shipped. We will let you know what items are outstanding and their estimated dispatch wait.

Shipped: Your order has been fully shipped. We will let you know an estimated delivery day.
